Fibonacci blue

Today 23 November is Fibonacci Day which recognises the contribution of Leonardo of Pisa ( don’t even dream of getting this mixed up with Leonardo da Vinci) better known as Fibonacci, to mathematics, art and natural science. As we all know a Fibonacci sequence is a series of numbers where a number is the sum of the two numbers before it. This sequence appears in nature and is widely used in computer data storage and processing. Also making history this day is the fabulous Judith who also has a way with numbers…. 85 of them in fact. She is as smart as Fibonacci and celebrated her day with panache. Her favourite colour is blue so that is why we have a blue Fibonacci pattern.
