One for the motoring historians and stylie motoring buff. The Ford Model A (also called the A-Model Ford or the A), was first sold on this day December 2, 1927. I could have gone for a Brittany Spears’ wrap as it is her birthday today too but that seemed a bit …well…obvious… The second major success of the Ford Motor company, it replaced the iconic Model T. The Model A was available in four standard colours and by the time production ended in March, 1932, 4,858,644 had been made. Its successor was the Model B, which featured an updated 4-cylinder engine, as well as the Model 18, which introduced Ford’s new flathead V8 engine. I have gone with a Model A plan wrap, covering wiring plans, suspension plans …well just about any plans because I like wrapping with plans and map. Quite a masculine look with plenty of genuine motoring intrigue.
